Every year I take Traci to the Zoo some time around the time that school starts so she can unwind and relax a bit. This year it was near or at 100 at the time we usually go. So instead I took her to the Oklahoma Aquarium in Jenks, Oklahoma (Half way between home and Tulsa.)
During the trip we took a little over 600 pictures and probably an hour or so of video. I have cut down the pictures to about 450 or so. Some of them are a bit blurred, or unidentifiable, but I kept them in.
The shark pics are dark because of the tank setup, but I didn’t eliminate too many of them.
I would suggest you click on the link to view with PicLens. The slideshow plugin I chose didn’t turn out as good as I thought it was. So it only shows the gallery on the page and if you click a picture it only shows a tiny image. They are better full sized. Although PicLens seems to blur them at times.
Ignore the previous paragraph. I have since added in an additional plugin that allows you to view the pics within a scrolling gallery right here. If you click the word Pictures within the scroller the band of images at the top will be hidden. It should scroll on its own, but you can also click the previous and next arrows to navigate. Each image should show a title and a description in the bottom left corner. It may take a minute for the gallery to load though.
I will be posting again with all of the videos very soon. For now though here are the pics.
